Carolina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, iaedp-Approved Supervisor, and Certified EMDR therapist. She has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents ad adults. She provides services in person and online services in English and Spanish for a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns that range from therapy for depression and anxiety to parenting support, eating disorders, and struggles associated to trauma and substance abuse. Carolina is one of the co-founders of The Food and Mood Institute at Home For Balance Psychotherapy Group, LLC.
